After the revision phase, the item pool consisted of 14 themes with a total of 231 items. These themes were grouped into four clusters. See Table 1 for the themes and a description of the items. characteristics and the mental health complaints of the sample with 314 subjects are presented in Table 2. The sample is representative of the occupational groups, working in the academic medical center where our sample was recruited.
