5 months. Conclusions FOLFIRI appears an effective and safe treatment option for pretreated metastatic gastric cancer patients. However, second-line chemotherapy comparative trials are needed to better check details define the role of FOLFIRI in gastric cancer (e.g. versus monochemotherapy).
